So after a White Christmas around which time many of us in Toronto (and nearby) had been going without power due to a severe power outage incident, friends from multiple circles of mine and I continued our Xmas shopping after Xmas, and proceeded to hold belated Xmas gatherings for such pleasantries as holiday greetings, conversation, and gift exchanging. Through this, some of us realized that this novelty of waiting until Boxing day/week to shop for Xmas presents and exchanging them at belated Xmas gatherings should definitely become a pattern or tradition for us!!
Having neglected to partake in the spoils of Boxing Day shopping in recent years, I have finally
learned of its wonders. BrrrrrrrrDING! Yukigami --> Lv. 3 Shopper!
I've been a bit sick =_= since about Dec. 29 or so, but mostly just headaches, occasional fever, and some lack of appetite... But I'm basically fine now. I was even able to enjoy New Year's Eve with my friends at a place out of town.
Let me tell you about the nostalgia I went through. I will list this in the form of
'missions completed':

1. Revived an N64
2. Played revived N64 on a huge flat screen TV
3. Defeated the King of Evil, and laid the Master Sword to rest. And damn did I get worse at King-of-Evil Tennis.
4. Took pictures of Pokemon. Hit Meowth head with apple. Enraged Jigglypuff.
5. Battled on Pokemon Stadium; used Fire Spin infinitely until missing. Ate sushi with Lickitung. Fell into despair due to the difficulty of the Clefairy curriculum.
6. Failed hard at Mario Kart for PS3. Showed off some sad skills.
7. Watched Star Wars: A New Hope; witnessed Luke's indifference to fried skeletons of aunt and uncle.
8. Exposed formerly incomplete human beings to the wonders of the Triforce, the Pikaforce, and the Force.

Right now, I'm basically just getting everything cleaned up and organized, recovering from lingering symptoms of sickness (still don't even know what I gotz~), and preparing for school ("preparing for school").
